Wonderful Family Stay We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this amazing property! The house was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with all the essential amenities and high-quality equipment we could have asked for. We had a fantastic time with the family enjoying the pool, squash, table tennis, and the outdoor spaces. There was something for everyone, and the property provided the perfect setting to relax, have fun, and spend quality time together. Overall, a fantastic property and a memorable family stay. We would happily recommend it and would love to stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Reception, activities desk and Charlie (archery) were the highlights. The falconry was also brilliant. Food highly mediocre and service in their restaurants - namely the Brasserie and the Oak Room - was quite bad. I wouldn’t have paid the service charge but they brought the bill out and had me sign before we got our food. Order wasn’t correct, took a while to correct, they gave us the wrong bill (someone else’s), etc. There was no service. No one check on us, made sure our order was correct and so on. It’s probably hard to get good staff. I would stay here again only because of the location and the outdoor activities - castle is lovely and our room was very nice and spacious, and had a bath and a shower.

The park is nice however you have to pay for everything as extra including WiFi which even after paying was very poor. Paying for indoor swimming was also not good. There was a very pungent smell in our caravan which didn’t go away even with all windows open and bin out. Mattress is very uncomfortable. Won’t be coming back here

TotALY perfect . Lots of communication .Easy check in . Gorgeous room . Delicious Pie ( it was Friday ) and veg . Breakfast was perfectly cooked. We took a walk and lost our way which was also perfect . Cant wait to go back
