Clean and peaceful

Fabulous property with nice firm bed. Great location and roof bar was great and Geisha Fashioned cocktail was amazing take on an old fashioned. Twin rooms significantly larger than double rooms. Staff and concierge in particular were very very helpful.

This is my second time stay with them. Everything was perfect except for their shuttle bus service. We have our 2 kids touring the city and ran to the shuttle bus station before the last bus schedule. The driver was still loading people into the bus and he refused to take us even when I showed him our shuttle tickets! We were exhausted after whole day walk around then had to walk again to the taxi stand to grab the cab. We spoke the front desk of the incident right after we got back that night. They said they would investigate and provide feedback. The following morning when we were checking out and were sort of brushed off with a finding is that driver did not know that we wanted to take the shuttle! I emphasized to them that I was showing the hotel shuttle tickets to the driver. But hotel did not follow up with the case or give us the refund for our cab ride either. That’s quite disappointing considering that this is a high standard hotel.

A+ experience all around. The property was beautiful, the room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff and service was really thoughtful. Will definitely stay again.

Great hotel, modern and cool feel, friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms were a very good size with enormous beds! Very clean and quiet. The rooftop bar was lovely too. Thank you
