    "I walked in on a Monday evening. Room was moldy, wet, and disgusting. I walked down and politely said I could not stay in the room. No help, nothing, just take it up with expedia. Neither expedia nor the hotel would help in any way. I paid for an entire week, Mon to Fri and didn't even get a partial refund. I even booked the new hotel through expedia and nothing. I would give this hotel a 0 if I could. We couldn't breathe in the room. We could taste the mold in the room. Expedia will not help..."

    "Meh wouldn’t book again. Nothing special about the property. Run down accommodations. Booked the suite for the fireplace and jetted tub. Fireplace didn’t work and the jetted tub left filth in the water after use. Shower stall was extremely tiny almost unusable. Office doesn’t open til 8 so don’t expect an earlier morning coffee to be available let alone the pathetic “grab n go” breakfast options."

    "So first and foremost our stay was great. The indoor pool was nice. The kids had a great time. The front desk staff were excellent. The only issue i had was that the hotel we stayed at was not the one we were led to believe we were reserving. In the app you see the hotel with the beautiful water attraction and the big checker board. At check-in we were told that we were actually reserved for the hotel up the street. Nothing like the one in the photos. I wasnt the only person with this issue...."
