We were in the fourth floor and the elevator was not working - should advertise that as we would’ve never stayed there had we known. The hotel rooms are very clean - which is very important

Easy in and out driving and walkable into town, serene and balcony overlooking the mountains Springs. Has all the necessities. Outdoor pool was perfect for summer.

The staff at the property was beyond helpful and friendly. The elevator was out at the hotel however it ended up not being a big deal and had minimal impact on our stay. If you’re looking for a deal that offers a clean room to sleep in this definitely fits that. The location was great as everything we did allowed us to walk and miss the traffic in town.

This was a very nice Lodge to stay in. The balcony view of the river was nice. We walked downtown and enjoyed the time in Gatlinburg. We would definitely stay here again.

I love this spot because it is quiet but an easy walk to the commercial areas. Parking is very easy too. I always stay here.

Pros : Property was creekside and had a nice fire pit area. Cons: Desk manager wanted an extra fee for early check-in even though he admitted that rooms were available. Room was premium priced but had no premium amenities. TV ( no premium channels) had snowy reception on over half of the fortyish channels. No bedside lamps, the only lamp was on the desk and it had to be unplugged to use the single cup drip coffee maker. There was no place to hang up clothes except a coat hook. No extra blankets for the bed. Basically a Motel 6 room with a premium price

The staff was friendly and the location was good - not so close to the busiest area of downtown you heard all the noises, but close enough you could quickly and easily walk to all the shops and dining. There are some upkeep issues the property needs to handle to ensure the rooms are in their best condition- our bathroom exhaust fan did not work and there was some mold in the ceiling and WiFi did not work at our end of the building, but beds were comfortable and we slept well.

The elevator did not work and were placed on the top floor. We had a toddler with so had to carry her as well as all of our luggage up the stairs. Our room was ok. The air conditioner was always on and we couldn’t change the temperature in our room. No one came up to look at it. The dining area in the mornings were always full so had to carry our breakfast back to our room as well.

Love the balcony over looking the creek. Everything is clean and lady at desk very friendly. Only thing is their elevator is broken & we are on thr 4th floor. Holiday weekend so still waiting on repair tech. I would definitely stay here again!
