Mid-Atlantic Waterpark Vacation Packages

The hotel property and staff were great. The service at the clubhouse restaurant was terrible. We didn’t get one of our meals until after everyone ese was already finished and had to ask to have it removed from the bill. Otherwise the hotel was lovely but the dining experience was sub par.

This place is awesome if you have kids. Truly a magical couple of days for the wee ones. The thing I liked the most was the relative lack of phones. The resort gives each person a wristband to pay for things and access their room, meaning a very blessed few days with few people tapping and scrolling in my vicinity…seriously, the only people with phones are the ones who just can’t help it and bring plastic pouches so they can scroll while at the waterpark, or anyone who booked a “private cabana” which essentially is just a scrolling zone. It was great to see families having fun together at the many different experiences spread around the hotel. The rooms are good and everything is up to standard. The staff in particular were incredible. Highly recommended for families, especially with kids between 7-12 years old.

I’ve never had such a disappointing experience at a hotel of this “status.” I had to request a room change because our original room had visible mold and was extremely dusty. This was particularly concerning because my husband has chronic asthma, and exposure to mold and excessive dust could have seriously affected his health. In addition to the mold and dust, the headboard was worn and peeling, the paint was chipped, and the iron was dirty. When we were finally moved to another room, we were extremely disappointed to find that the second room was no better. The chair was stained with what looked like blood, and there was once again mold growing on the bathroom ceiling, as well as mold inside the shower. Given the condition of both rooms, the experience was completely unacceptable and far below what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber.

Es un excelente lugar para hospedarnos , tiene una piscina interior que es muy buena, un bar con un excelente servicio que preparan unos tragos muy buenos y música en vivo que pone vida al ambiente, los cuartos son cómodos y limpios.
