"My only complaint is that they don't have a coffee maker in the room, but other than that, it was perfect. super comfy bed and pillows, clean, good shower. The TV doesnt come with netflix or hulu but they have functionality that lets you cast them from your personal device, but that never worked for me. This wasn't a prb since I wasn't in NYC to watch netflix! "
