The staff were all very friendly and helpful! Reyna and another young lady, whose name I unfortunately can’t remember, who usually prepared the breakfast, were especially helpful whenever we needed anything. They were always kind, welcoming, and willing to help. We truly appreciated their great customer service!

Pésimo servicio, a pesar, de que ya había pagado el hospedaje a través de Expedia, en recepción me dijeron, que para ellos no era válido ese pago y que debía pagar nuevamente en el hotel. No me quisieron asignar habitación, aún cuando se comunicaron con ellos directamente de Expedia para mediar el asunto.
