Horrible. I was disgusted after dealing with your answering systems and chat processes. All I wanted to do was extend my stay. What a nightmare. Those cant be humans on the chat process because I kept getting the same response. It sucks.

Very disappointing. You took my money and my reservation for a property that was still closed due to COVID 19. You did not notify me that the property was not accepting reservations, I drove 6 1/2 hours to my destination to find out I could not stay at the property due to State Shutdowns.

Charging a one night stay when I booked within the 24 hour time period is not right. The Holiday Inn staff were okay with the cancellation, but for Expedia to charge for that makes no sense.
