Absolutely unacceptable. I arrived just before check-in and waited about 20 minutes because nobody was at the front desk. My first room was filthy. The toilet was full of what was clearly human feces, hair was all over the toilet and shower, three lamps didn’t work, and there were stains and trash throughout the room. I was moved to another room that was also dirty, stained, and had a cigarette butt on the bathroom vanity. I eventually moved a third time to a room that was better, but still had damaged and stained furnishings. The hallways were filthy and damaged, and a chicken wing bone sat in the hallway for hours despite employees walking past it repeatedly. The advertised “continental breakfast” was barely a breakfast at all, and Saturday morning there were no bowls, plates, or coffee. I submitted photos and a detailed complaint to management and received no response before checkout. Choice Hotels has since opened a formal complaint. I’ve worked in hospitality and property management. These weren’t minor cosmetic issues. A room with human feces in an uncleaned toilet should never be given to a guest. I would not stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The facility was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was well stocked and delicious. Highly recommend this location!
