The driver that came to pick em up from the hotel did not speak one word of English so pickup was very hectic and crazy. If they’re charging $120 for a pickup, I would expect the driver to speak basic English. After an hour of waiting for the hotel to translate with him, I finally was able to find him. Ridiculous!!! What made it worse, was that after a full day of waiting to chat with management about my issue, no one from management spoke to me until i followed up a couple hours before my departure. Will not be staying here ever again!!!

"In August we booked for a 3 night stay in November as part of our honeymoon tour of SEnegal. We booked and paid for a superior double bungalow. "The hotel has historic resonance, and the heroic cleaning staff do a great job. Perhaps some of the nicer rooms have some character. But the front office staff is indifferent at best. The woman at the bar was almost hostile? This should be a treasure of the would-be UNESCO heritage site but is an ..."

Not a great option
"This hotel is new, but needs a lot of improvement. First, there is no pool (being renovated) or restaurant. Second, my room had a smell that radiated from the bathroom…I’m guessing sewer gas from an improper sink trap. They put an incense lamp to cover it up. Also, mosquitos at night in a room without ..."
