Weekend getaways in Dunmore Town

We couldn't have had a better time. The Manager, Pamela Berry, greeted us upon arrival (10 AM) and since the Jr Suite we were getting was not occupied, allowed us into the room early. They also arranged for a golf cart to be delivered to the property(a must!) We quickly unpacked and got to the beach and walked to the coral and back. We travel throughout the Bahamas and Caribbean and stay at a lot of different hotels. Romora Bay is a very nice and well maintained facility that I have stayed at previously and will do so again. Our second stay at Tingum Village, our first one was perfect and we had to return. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are nice, and each room as its own unique island décor. The staff that runs the place, let me rephrase that statement, an amazing charismatic family operates this hotel and they will do anything for their guests to feel like family. Great place to stay on the island. Only 7 rooms, but they were large, clean, well maintained. Only negative was that they do not accept AMEX and this was a business trip, so had to use my personal CC.

The resort is beautiful , the staff is amazing. Everything you need,gym, water sports and bikes as well.A great place to go and forget about life for a while!!!
