The place was absolutely beautiful and spotless. The view was amazing. The only issue we had was when we asked where it was. We were told Nellysford and didn’t really understand that it was part of the Wintergreen resort so it was much further away from our actual destination. But the place was really amazing. We would stay there again.

There was NO staff. Had an issue with the electronic lock to my room. Called a number and got instant solution. That's why I rated the staff excellent. Spectacular room and amenities. 8 miles from the southern end of Skyline Drive in Shenandoah. Very convenient.

There simply aren’t enough nice things to say about the fabulous staff here. We had stayed a couple of days before Christmas and they had had a little Santa in the room stating that my children had found Santa so they could come pick wrapped gifts from the lobby. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was lovely and again the staff just makes the place.

This was just an overnight stop on our way home but we enjoyed the hotel. It was recently renovated and was very nice, very clean. I like the laminate flooring in the room. (Hotel carpet can be questionable) We would stay there again.
