Upon arrival, we were greeted at the front desk with a smile. In fact, every employee we encountered went above and beyond expectations. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely staying here again on our next trip to the Waynesboro area!

Hotel was very clean and staff extremely helpful. We booked this as an overnight after driving through Shenandoah and it was a great location off of the southern terminus. The pool was nice for our kiddo and the free breakfast was exceptional. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel and staff were wonderful my lacking a stars because you have to pay to park at this location. Nothing was said ahead of time and you must park here there is no offsite parking available. Very disappointing. We will probably not stay here again because of this new policy.

The hotel is a very nice building. Plenty of amenities. The staff members were very pleasant, and helpful. There was a wide variety of food to choose from for breakfast. There is a nice patio behind the building. We weren't able to use it because it was closed for remodeling. The TV in our room didn't have closed captioning. Closed captioning is great to use to keep from disturbing others who may be sleeping.

Rooms were some of the best we’ve stayed in very clean, pool was great, outdoor area was nice as well. Breakfast was just okay, staff checking us in were friendly to the people checking in before us but didn’t really reach that same hospitality out towards us which wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, we would most definitely stay again.
