5 Stars all the way!!!! From the moment we checked in, which the staff was so friendly, to going into the safe parking garage, you know right off this is going to be amazing! When we went to go check out our suite, WOW what a surprise. Full kitchen, no need to bring anything except your own food and drinks, because the little store is reay high priced, dining room table, couch, gas fireplace, balcony that looks out into the courtyard that would be a perfect place for the Summer Blues nights,...

We had a wonderful weekend at Old Greenwood celebrating a friend’s wedding. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Fabulous time in Truckee and Gravity Haus. Great room. Living area. Small kitchen. Perfect. Close to hiking which we did. Great food nearby and pubs. Close to Lake Tahoe which we visited (Tahoe City). Sat by the lake. Just a great 3 day getaway. Recommend Gravity Haus. Restaurant on site.

Room was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. Customer service was excellent. The ease of the PIN code for the door and the text updates were helpful. Highly recommend and would stay here again!!!

Room was very clean and cozy, breakfast and coffee was good. And I liked the view from room.

This is a family owned lodge, and yes it feels like home, the owner is always helpful and friendly and run the business with hearts and effort! Visited there last weekend! During the winter storm, wow it's been a long time since last time I saw this much snow, so fun, but almost got stuck in Tahoe LOL, 50/88/80 were all closed and waited 3 hour to get out. Great place to stay!

Pleasant staff. Free use of snow shoes and sleds. Cute cozy cabin albeit it became too warm and the heating was centralized so I had to crack open a window to feel comfortable in bed. Great access to beach which had a ton of snow when we were there.

Great location- walk across the street to get to bike trails and beach access. Hotel is cute with lots of rustic reclaimed wood and nice decor. Had great wine and watched Monday night football at Uncorked with some friendly locals. Only minor downside is showerhead was from about 1976 so the shower experience wasn't as great as I assumed it would be with all the other uogrades and attention to detail

Everything about this property was great to me. Clean rooms, furnishings, bathroom amenities, and comfortable beds. I'll definitely return and stay longer, very cozy room and property overall.

beautiful area. Great decor, loved the funishings in lobby and Breakfast area. Very comfortable. Breakfast staff very clean and organized. Always was on top of everything.

Great location right in the village. Large room with all amenities. Actually too big for just a couple. You feel like a timeshare owner here without all the commitments. Way better than a standard hotel room. We will be back.

From the outside looks like a run down hotel until you get into the room very nice. Very family oriented. Pool & Gaming area’s. Nice that there is access to the Lake Shore.
