Wonderful breakfast, such high quality food

The hotel is new and very well run. Everything is in great shape and the service is top notch. The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is plentiful and varied. The place is a real bargain.

Loved staying at the Swissotel. Realised on Day 2 how great a location it was to see.more of Tbilisi than jist tje tourist areas, which are readily walkable. Staff were fantastic, David at Olives especially and the Reception team could not have been more helpful

We were one night before traveling to mestia. The room was clean and big. We did not eat breakfast because we left the hotel very early. The staff were very welcoming and nice

This was easily the best place my partner and I stayed on our trip around Georgia. It was a beautiful property that was pristinely clean, and well-maintained. Good restaurant on the property. Staff was friendly. We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms and it was such a great value. Next time I’m in Telavi, I’ll be looking to stay here!

Beautiful hotel in old section of town. The service was excellent. The building was recently renovated.

I was really surprised to find such a gem at that place. It is one of the best hotels I have stayed. Surroundings are incredible, Rooms very good, Spa and the pool, food, everything is top notch. It should be 5 stars.

Staff was amazing and super accommodating. This is THE best place in Kuataisi and I would love to stay here agin. Great location, clean and beautiful rooms, great staff, very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and they even gave us a little present for me and my wife's honeymoon. 10/10 would recommend.

A very cool hotel in Tbilisi. Perfectly located, great local food & bars.

The staff is simply amazing! They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests: rooms close to each other, some forgotten hygiene items, late checkout, etc. The breakfast buffet has good choices of regional food and has an authentic Georgian sweets and is presented in a very elegant way. Yes, I wish the rooms had some USB ports for more convenient charging and a bit more stability with the hot water temp in early mornings - something that seems to be a common problem in the region - but...

Good people make good service! The desk manager was awesome, helping me with my delayed flight and lost luggage. Felt like home, but fancy 😍. I'm very grateful. I totally recommend it.
