Weekend getaways in Prior Lake

The staff was very friendly ... it was quiet and peaceful just perfect for what we needed

Very quiet. The breakfast crew did an Excellent job Of preparing the food, keeping the items always available and cleaned the serving areas constantly. Very well done.

Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Room was clean. This hotel is geared towards long term stays, a lot of construction crews there. Front desk attendant was great! Shebrea was her name! We need more people like her in the work force!!

Breakfast can be better

The staff was friendly, helpful, and caring! While i was enjoying my breakfast in the designated area, I heard an older gentleman talking with the front desk person about not understanding how to use the phone to dial out. after a few suggestions, the front deskman politely offered to help the older gentleman place his call with him! This was purely the kindest gesture I have seen from one human being to another in a situation like this in a long time...and I was so proud I was staying in a...

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff, especially housekeeping when we needed something. Room had a few things (sippy cup and glasses wipes) under the beds but otherwise very clean. Waterpark was very nice.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Love the variety of breakfast foods.

Nice place

Best Western hasn’t let me down, yet! We booked the room last minute, because the hotel we were supposed to stay in was disgusting, and as soon as we walked in the entrance, we felt so much better about the evening!

We loved this hotel! Room was very nice, clean and comfortable! Loved the hot tub! We will be coming back!

I really like the fact that being on disability and having severe PTSD from the military and the chemical dependency issues that I've had. I was allowed the the space and. Security of what this hotel has to offer and it is right next to a holiday gas station. Literally within a baseball throw away where I was able to have coffee and snacks. Add a economically appropriate. Dollar value and Denny's and another restaurant is right down the street. And if I wanted to go into the cities I could...

Everything was excellent here.

GREAT

I was amazed by how well run this hotel was and by the lobby, pool, etc…

Excellent hotel. The pool was a little on the small side, but that's the only negative that I have for this place. Would recommend to anyone.

The staff were soooo nice! Super accommodating. The hotel was very clean and smelled really good. Rooms were nice, drinks were good. Will definitely be back.
