Needed a quiet place to stay while visiting my son on the base. Both of my boys are very tall, so needed space, too. When Guest Services found out we had driven all night and my son was deploying that week, they made sure we had a quiet room out of the way, adjusted timelines & accommodations for his changing schedule, invited him to join us for breakfast(s) for free, etc. They even added on another night and kept us in our room, even though they were booked, but he got an extra day with us. ...

The breakfast was the best served in a hotel in a long time. We were even served finger foods our first night. The pool was nice and pool area was nice and clean. The hotel was clean in the lobby, hallways, and our room. Even the outside area was neat and greenery was trimmed. Best of all, the staff was so very courteous and friendly. We visit an event in the area each year and next year we staying at the Holiday Inn Express.

It was very nice. We were greeted by the host (James) he explained everything about the hotel. We were offered water and snacks when we checked in. They was some remodeling going on he said if it bother us he would move us. The remodeling was never a problem for us. The other staff was friendly and helpful during our stay.

Property is very clean and they have safety precautions in place including wearing masks and every room is cleaned throughly and safety seal placed on the door to show that it has been sanitized with the new protocol. Room was spotless and you could smell that it had been deep cleaned for our protection and the staff on duty was very polite and responsive to our needs. We will stay here again.
