Hotel concept was definitely outside the box, not your typical hotel in a good way. I applaud the design. No pool, no gym but a beautiful lobby, a wide variety of interesting books, a bar with very nice bartenders and televisions 📺. Breakfast was ok, for local nightlife activities the food night market was 1 minute away walking so super convenient, really good food, I enjoyed that option. This hotel was awesome! Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Our only complaint are the pillows. They should have firm ones for people who can’t sleep with soft ones. But all in all everything was super great!

Beautiful design, every possible amenity, spacious rooms that feel very open, stunning views of this cosmopolitan city, impeccable service. Also, hotel gyms are rarely good, but this one was excellent. Additionally, the pool area is stunning. I will return to this hotel when visiting KL in future.

Waking up to the view of the Petronas Twin Towers, surrounded by forests of skyscrapers and at night, seeing the KLCC fountain show and reflections of the Petronas Towers on the Four Seasons hotel. That was my defining feature of this hotel. The city of Kuala Lumpur, sadly is not a very walkable city, at least not in the area around KLCC. very nice room, great staff, great location. breakfast was terrible though, long queue waiting to be seated. food was worse than a fast food store, great staff though. need a huge improvement on food and beverage. stayed here for 3 nights with breakfast plan, only went there once as i didn’t want to waste my quota on the crappy food. overall the hotel is very good, especially the room and staff, 90 out of 100. Rafi Ahmed was so polite and helpful, he met us for check and that was quickly, he took care all our needs, the property so so clean, we'll organized, helpful staff, very secure, very quiet, I really recommend staying at the hotel suites, and I will definitely come back, super safe and super bice and very close to everything you need. !!!

Four Points by Sheraton is a fantastic hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Its location is ideal, right on the edge of Chinatown. Excellent service, modern amenities and we had the privilege of staying in a room that had a perfect view of the second tallest building in the world, the Merdeka 118. The rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist guests with any inquiries or requests. The hotel facilities include the gym, swimming pool, a tea room, and much more....

Oh so convenient. We stayed on the way back from Penang/Ipoh and traveling to KL by train. So just had to walk across the road from KL Sentral (actually there is a walkway but we didn’t know at that time). Stayed in a Jr Suite so had access to the Exec Lounge and wonderful b’fast and views. The rooms are very modern. The bathroom spacious with shower and tub.
