Amazing new hotel with friendly staff and excellent amenities.

This is the perfect place for those that prefer tranquility over crowds. It is 10 a 10 minute drive to the beach and has every amenity one could want. This place is absolutely amazing.

We were traveling around Mallorca and wanted to be out of the city but closer to the beach. This hotel was wonderful!! They were very attentive to us and made sure our stay was exceptional. Our room was amazing and the food was great!! The breakfast was one of the best we have had in Spain. Overall just an amazing stay!

The Donna Portals was the best place for us to have picked for our honeymoon. This property is absolutely beautiful, well maintained and in the perfect location. We loved our room, the amenities, the stunning beach and all the wonderful hotel staff. Everything was extremely well maintained and service was great! Book this hotel I promise you will not regret it!

The hotel was in a great location -- very nice room as well. The rooftop bar and pool was beautiful with such a great view of the cathedral. Breathtaking at night.

Absolutely perfect. We went as a girl's trip. Our room slept 4 comfortably, featured a kitchen, and we could see the water from our balcony! Perfect location; restaurants, shops, and beach within steps. I'd recommend this restaurant to a family or a group. Hotel staff were wonderful and this room was immaculate! AC was broken when we checked in but was promptly fixed and worked perfectly.

Hotel is nice, we did the all-inclusive option so food and drinks were plentiful if slightly repetitive. Mallorca is geared toward Europeans and Brits, I think I was the only American on the island. The hotel has 2 pools, one chlorine for the general guests and a nice salt water pool for the Prestige guests who can use both. I highly recommend getting the prestige package. The rooms were spotlessly clean but need updating, they felt very 1980s to me. Major negative of the hotel, no beach!!!...

We loved our stay at Hotel Florida and would love to stay again/would gladly recommend. The resort felt quiet compared to others we've booked in the past, and compared to the nearby Son Matias area. Son Matias is walkable though and there are many options for food, drinks, and shopping. The onsite restaurant was very convenient as well. Amazing place very clean

Great place, huge balcony overlooking the sea, near the beach

Taking a brief respite from our European holiday, the hotel and area were very welcome. If you don't mind being in the middle of the action, this is for you. The hotel, though central, was still not noisy and you could walk to everything you might need. Be sure and visit Sant Elm as well as this is a great, more quaint area. Nice clean and modern hotel. Great pool area. No views but the beach is certainly walkable. Peaceful and quiet. Staff very responsive and friendly. Plenty of places to eat close by.
