Excellent location for our pilgrimage to Lourdes. Beautiful hotel, with good service and very nice restaurant.

This is a great Hotel in Lourdes. Big bathroom in case you have someone with special necessities. The people are very friendly and the location are superb!

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel. The desk clerk was particularly accommodating. The waiter at the restaurant was adequate but not more than that.

This place is great! The owner is VERY helpful and upon arrival will take a few minutes to show you where to go and what to do to make the most of your time in Lourdes. The rooms are all VERY clean and bright and they all have a nice balcony. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are very typical for France; small but clean and functional. Needs to go to the Hospital for an emergency I have conjunctivitis and I can't see the Hotel personnel immediately called ER and taxi to bring us to ER. Staff were very helpful, accomodating, Courteous and most of all very respectful .

We came in by train and had to lug our bags from the station. Lourdes is quite hilly, so having a hotel so close to the station was a great benefit. We were less than a block away from the station and although we were so close the noise of the trains was not a problem at all. The historical area of Lourdes is very walkable and we were only about 15 minute walk from the Basilica. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a triple room and it was a bit tight with the three of us and our bags laid...

We had a wonderful stay. Anne Marie at the front desk was very helpful with everything from directions to places to eat, etc. We were right in the middle of everything, shopping, hike up to the Fort, the train station, etc. We went on to Barcelona by train from Lourdes They recommended the New Orleans Cafe next door. Good food and a fun atmosphere. The waiters are very entertaining and offer great service Definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Lourdes

When I arrived for checking, they had my magnetic card and name ready for me. It took 1 second. Very helpful, great breakfast and friendly multi-lingual staff. 7 minitues from Lourdes Sanctuary, walking.

The hotel is located close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean however the toilet seat needs replacement. Our room has a small but nice balcony. Breakfast is adequate. Great rate and will definitely stay there again in the future.
