Weekend getaways in Londonderry

The staff was very friendly and were very happy to share the history of the buildings. The room was gorgeous and well thought out. It was one of our favorites stays during our 10 day trip to Ireland. Great value for you money.

Bishops Gate is a rare find in Derry! It is impeccable is so many ways… friendly and helpful staff, beautiful bar, delicious breakfast, and perfect location. We stayed 2 nights and had a relaxing stay. Need to come back and stay longer!

Great location! Can easily walk into town and see off of the sites. Very charming accommodation, just as pictured. Fully equipped kitchen. Hosts could not be nicer with recommendations and making sure everything is ok. Amazing breakfast.

Very comfortable, beautiful park across street, swell morning breakfast and the family is great and helpful with things to recommend to do in the area.

Nice place, wonderful water pressure in the shower. Margaret was welcoming and gave an excellent suggestion for dinner nearby (The Cosh Bar and Grill). When we checked in Margaret asked for our breakfast order and what time we wanted it....that was very helpful and allowed us to get on our way early. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed one night in Belfast. Arrived at apartment but could not get in as they never sent communication details about check in and nobody was at the property. That was the only challenge and the people were fast to solve the issue and very helpful. Kind. Place is adorable. Clean. Left some extras in the kitchen. Loved the Art Work. Easy walk down the river to downtown. Close to a few restaurants and a grocery story across the street. Easy to find public parking.

The staff was very generous and gave us extra space at no extra cost. The facilities were clean, the breakfast was great and we could walk to everything we wanted to see.

The property was unique and beautiful. In a very quiet neighborhood but close to many things. We arrived early before check in and they sat is in a lovely lounge and provided tea and snacks while we waited. The breakfast was fresh, generous and delicious. Definitely would stay there again

Quality rooms right inside the city walls of Derry. Easy to walk anywhere, and I never found myself bored. Staff were friendly and quick to make tailored suggestions for what to see, eat, and do in town. Note: not easy to find laundry in town and Number 8 doesn't offer it directly, so do your washing before the stay if necessary!

Clean room

Very nice hotel. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Clean comfortable rooms. Right next to thje Butcher's Gate in the city walls. Close to most everything.

Lovely welcome, helpful staff. Plenty of breakfast choices. Only tiny issue was our tea mugs weren't cleaned or swapped during our stay.

Great place to stay! The breakfast is excellent and comes with the purchase of the room. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is fantastic!

The Hastings Everglades just outside Derry City Center was an amazing find for us! Our experience began with the warm, welcoming desk reception. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We found a walking path across the main road and easily walked to and from the City Center. We decided to have our dinner back at the Hotel, and we were so happy that we did! Our waiter was very attentive and both our meals were exquisite and very comparably priced. We would reccommend this hotel highly!
