The location was great as we arrived just across the main road at the marine passenger terminal as we ended our cruise. It was right in the thick of the city center so we were able to walk to it easily. The room, the lobby, and the restaurant were all very nice! A great selection!

I love my room, it's big, comfortable bed and a window overlooking the sea. The hotel itself is so beautiful located near the Palacio de Magdalena which was the reason why I came to Santander. The breakfast buffet has good choices of food including jamon de Iberico. And the breakfast area is a beautiful place to take breakfast... the furnitures and the ambiance. The front desk people were very accommodating. Jesus, one of the staff at the front desk was very helpful. I felt like home in Hotel...
