The front office people were super nice. I was a little put off by there not being an AC unit. It got to almost 80 my first day and it was hot. The fans they provided helped but it was a little loud. A mounted ceiling fan would do wonders.

On our way out we handed the lady at desk our keys and she said is everything thing ok because we had just checked in. I let her know we had to leave for a family emergency back to Arizona. She said ok. I received an email that she was going to give a full refund which we didn’t ask for. She is a blessing and very grateful she was able to...
