Weekend getaways in Eastbourne

We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming, family-owned hotel in Eastbourne. From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel incredibly welcome — they are warm, kind, and absolute masters of hospitality. It's clear they truly belong in this industry. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and their passion for providing a great guest experience shines through. The highlight of each day was the breakfast — it was nothing short of professional-level quality. Beautifully prepared,...

James and Fiona are terrific hosts. They are so sincere and happy in their work. We hope to return!

Beautiful hotel and surroundings. Highly recommend!! No staff but that was perfect for a quiet peaceful stay.

We were in Eastbourne visiting friends and to attend a wedding at Battle Abbey. Picked the Albert & Victoria Guest House because of all the Great Reviews and it lived up the 5 Star-Rating!! The owner Keith goes to no-ends to make your stay pleasant. He is the perfect host to say the least!! The folks he has working for him were delightful. If your plans take you to Eastbourne then a stay at the Albert & Victoria will surely make you stay Very Pleasant!!!!

Great location. Clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Great staff-friendly and helpful.

Great location, staff was very friendly and cooked us a very tasty breakfast. Room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Street parking was very full so had to park one street away but promenade and restaurants are all within walking distance so no need to move the car after securing a spot.

Adri was the best host I’ve had, checking in and being attentive and friendly. The breakfast was top notch for a bed and breakfast. It felt like staying with friends but having enough privacy as a hotel. I would stay here again and again.

A beautiful room and a gorgeous inn. The bed was so comfortable and the breakfast and coffee in the morning - amazing! I cant wait to come back.

Friendly staff, swift check in, clean room, & super comfortable bed. Our second time here and would return.

All around wonderful

Enjoyed our stay. The Inn was clean and comfortable. The service was excellent and all employees were friendly, helpful and very pleasant.

Warm and homey: comfortable room, good breakfast, quiet location, caring owner, kind staff.

George was excellent operating the hotel and made our experience alot better. The property is in a great location, eqsy parking nearby and excellent dining options nearby. I did not eat at hotel for breakfast, but found great options at nearby beach and back street, excellent Greek breakfast. If we returned to area, we would definitely stay a the Chatsworth hotel again and recommend others to do so.

Nice property. They advertised beach front but the room had terrible views. But no complains for a nights stay. Staff was exceptional. Great service Especially the restaurant staff. Was late for dinner and although they closed the manager lady kept the place open for us to order and eat. Was impressed by that service. True hospitality.

Warm and welcoming b&b run by a kind and caring couple. Thoughtful decor, excellent breakfast, great location. Was sorry to leave and hope to return.
