Breakfast buffet was varied, plentiful, and delicious. The garden was lovely to sit outside in the afternoon. The room was clean and spacious. Overall a great location.

The hotel was a great choice for us for four day stay for business. The room was clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. The internet was fast. The staff could not have been more helpful as we did not speak German and needed some help with directions. The staff was very cheerful. The breakfast was very good. The location was fine. It was winter and a bit rainy and we were a bit jet lagged so we did not do a lot of sight seeing but we could walk to many restaurants...

We arrived from a river cruise on the Rhine. The $10 taxi brought us right to the hotel. The check in was easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and the bathroom was new and spacious. The breakfast was outstanding. We walked to the train station, just across the street, for our day's adventure at Burg Eltz. We returned to Koblenz for a good dinner at one of the restaurants near the hotel. The location was perfect, the accommodations were first rate, and the price was reasonable.

Simple and highly comfortable. Located in a tranquil place that is perfect for relaxing after long and frequent travels

Can’t beat the location

Hotel room was very nice and complete with A/C. Breakfast was exceptional. The best assortment in our entire European trip. Staff was very helpful.

Beautiful wooded location. Clean comfortable room. There is an interesting animal reserve next door. Lots of free parking. My only suggestion for improvement is to provide a bar of soap and shampoo. I thought the breakfast was decent but not great with no cooked food available. These minor points don’t detract from how nice a place this is.

We had a room on the 10th floor with a nice view of the river. The hotel had easy access to the river & walking around the area. The room was very clean & comfortable. The staff accommodated is for an early check in which was very much appreciated!

It was a little difficult to find and a bit far from the center of the city (very near the train station), but the room was comfortable and quiet and breakfast was wonderful!

The hotel was located in the center of Koblenz with the tourist information center across the street which made it very helpful when we had questions.

Quiet, comfortable room - our kids loved their bunk beds. Tasty breakfast with good variety. No bar on site, but a vending machine has some beverages and the Innenstadt cafes, restaurants, and bars are just a 10-minute walk away. Would happily stay here again.

Staff were courteous andhelpful. Property was very clean. Shower is small but serviceable.
