We were very pleased with this hotel and found the attentiveness of the staff outstanding. Every service member of the Element team was kind, sincere and gracious. Complementary breakfast was always hot, ready and tended to. The rooms are fine however not conducive to sitting and relaxing however the spacious hotel lobby is very inviting and we used it daily to sit, relax and read. The included breakfast was great for a family. We had a good meal before skiing everyday. The rooms were large enough for two adults and two kids (on the sleeper couch). Tvs in both rooms were nice. The stove, refrig and dishwasher all worked well. When additional dishes or towel were needed the staff was very accommodating. The pool and hot tube were clean. The gym was functional, the equip was good. What is nice about this hotel is just about everything is included in the price of the room....

The hotel over all was a good experience. But they were trying out a new way to cool the rooms with in room free standing air conditioning. That thing 1. barely cooled the room and 2. was insanely loud, it's a horrible idea. The staff was friendly, and if anyone needed anything, they we on it. The pool was very small for the size of the hotel. Id stay there again and I'd recommend it.
