Weekend getaways in Anguilla

As soon as we arrived at Blowing Point ferry terminal a cab driver was waiting to take us to Zemi Beach. We were checked in then taken to our room by cart. the room was very large with gorgeous views of the Shoal Bay. The bathroom was as large as some hotel rooms. Every staff member from the property manager to the bartenders the restaurant staff to the pool and beach staff to the housekeeping staff were extremely friendly and anxious to make sure we were well cared for. The grounds were very...

Just stunning

Our stay at Genesis Residence in Anguilla was absolutely wonderful! The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location with easy access to some of the island’s best beaches, restaurants, and attractions. What truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. Geraldine was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had everything we needed. The warm hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. If you’re looking...

This property has only 5 bedroom Villa's with Kitchen/Dining, Media Room, Laundry and Private Pool. One of the best views on the Island and modern, beautifully built and decorated interiors and exteriors. My Wife and I booked for ourselves and loved the freedom the Villa lent to our travels including the desire to stay in and enjoy the private pool and sundeck. Plan on bringing family or friends to enjoy the property to it's fullest for a great value for a larger group. The Beach is close by...

Beautiful location with walkable beach bars and restaurants, spacious one bedroom unit, well kept

This was an amazing property. Rooms right on the beach, clearest blue water. The staff was attentive and kind. They brought you fresh towels and water, with a cooler behind beach/ pool chairs to keep it cold. They gave us recommendations to explore the island and helped with reservations. I’ve never been more relaxed after a vacation here. 100/10, cannot wait to be back!

Superb

just fantastic grounds are lively beach is perfect,The only two issues that need to be fixed are the food in restaurant quite ordinary and the selections poor.I know other guests must have agreed we kept seeing them out like us almost every meal. The other problem is the condition of the hotel bathroom at the beach was just plain dirty and unsanitary ..

Pending review “Wonderful stay” We had a wonderful stay at Cap Jaluca. The reasons were many but the most important was the beach. This is the most beautiful and uncrowned beach with the softest sand on Anguilla. We rented a car because it was our first time on the island and we wanted to visit other beaches. We went Shoal Bay East, Rendezvous Bay, and Meads Bay where many of the other hotels are. All are nice beaches but they are lined with hotels and restaurants that rent chairs to day...

If you’re looking to stay on Anguilla but put off by the cost of most places there, then Turtles Nest Resort offers excellent value for money. Our unit was in excellent condition and kept spotless by the daily maid service (except Sundays). We rented a studio but it was capcious and fully equipped with a washer/dryer and full kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and hob and microwave. The “resort” itself doesn’t have any facilities other than a pool and sun-loungers and shades by the pool...

My husband and I were thrilled to arrive at the Carmar Beach Resort and see the gorgeous beach right out front! Meads Bay has unbelievable clean white sand and crystal clear blue water. Our suite was very clean and they even left us a bottle of rum on the table. The front porch overlooked the ocean and was a very relaxing place to sit. There was free snorkeling and tennis equipment as well. Wonderful (although a little expensive) restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended!

We had what was basically a full apartment and full access to laundry. The communication with the host was great and prompt. There is a great view from the second floor and above. The property was located more inland and was in a quiet area.

We love the location of Back Street making it easy to get to any part of the island. The views are amazing of Sandy Ground. The staff is the BEST!! Always clean. Very accommodating.

I came down to Anguilla on a business trip and brought a "first timer" with me. Even though it was a business trip, I wanted to show him the warmth of the people of Anguilla. Sandy Ground is the perfect place to introduce someone to the friendly graciousness of Anguillans. And the guest house put us right in the middle of the beach restaurants bars etc. He said he would definitely be back just to enjoy the warmth of Anguilla. Our room was clean and comfortable. Second bed is a small twin so...

This was my annual father daughter trip. We booked the Fountain because of the large living spaces, full kitchen and where it was centrally located to everything. When we arrived on island we were greeted by the taxi that the Hotel had setup for us. We were at the property within 20 minutes and greeted by the concierge. They took us on a very helpful tour of the grounds and the room. I was very impressed with the accommodations. The kitchen was amazing and very well stocked. We had pre purchased...

Now understand that on Anguilla, you can spend as much as you want on a hotel room. We booked last minute in the high season, but didn't want to spend a fortune. This place was clean and in good condition. The place isn't a brand new multimillion dollar property, but it was more than adequate. The beach wasn't huge but was really secluded. Where this place shined was the food, the service and the staff. The owner was as friendly as a no nonsense man can be. He's had the place for a couple of...

Beautiful rooms directly on the best and most beautiful beach on the island. The staff is amazingly attentive. This is a hidden gem and the best value on the island.

if anyone says anything is not perfect at your property, tell them to go somewhere else. Your staff is outstanding, your grounds are immaculate, the rooms are perfect, your beach is one of the best in the world (I've been to Bora Bora, st marteen, st john, the inner & outer Bahamas, Bermuda, Nevis, Grenada, Bequia & the Grenadines, Aruba, Turks & Caicos, St Thomas, all the BVI's, including Anegada which has great beaches, St Croix, Dominican Replublic, St Kitts, Jamaica, Grand Cayman, Puerto...

Super close to the ferry, beach is right there beach towels could be a little bigger. Garvey's SunShine shack is right there on the beach for some chicken and ribs. The old Carib restaurant has the best red snapper around. This is not a High end resort it's nice and quiet for relaxing couple of days.
