We've traveled to many countries and places, but this has by far been our favorite experience. The staff at Aurora are the most amazing, courteous people I have ever encountered. They treat every guest as if they are the only person on-site, making each experience deeply personal. The customer service is impeccable, with genuinely happy staff members—a detail that's important to me as a Human Resources executive. People can only treat you at the level of their own positive experiences, and Aurora exemplifies this beautifully. The beachfront rooms were breathtaking, offering stunning views and a serene ambiance that enhanced our stay. The culinary delights were another highlight. From the delectable lobster barbecue to breakfast at Chef's Table, D. Richards, and the exquisite dishes at Tokyo Bay, every meal was a treat for the senses. We also had the pleasure of working out with an exceptional trainer, and the hot stone massages were among the best we've ever experienced. The golf lessons with Richard Phillips were excellent. The beach was a serene haven, never overcrowded, offering ample space to relax and enjoy water sports without the hassle of long lines. Naveen was intentional about being in the moment and connecting with us. Delvera, was amazing taking care of us from A-Z. "
