Thank you for the warm welcome and in house meal, everything was wonderful.

Living in a whole house. Huge space for visitors Traditional Japanese pajamas is provided. Nice to experience traditional Japanese living. Great breakfast! Its workers come to your house and make breakfast in front of you. Never imagine in past. Free hot spring close by. Friendly employees Quiet neighborhood with small bars and restaurants There is a Japanese restaurant in walking distance called 武島料理店Takeshima Ryori Ten. This hotel's location is very convenient place, clean room, breakfast is tasty buffet style, and staff are so nice and helpful. I definitely come back this hotel.

This is our second stay at hotel hagoromo and our family truly enjoys staying here. The staff is warm and welcoming and very helpful. It is very peaceful and serene , truly a hidden treasure. We look forward to staying again on our next visit!

Newer hotel with great friendly staff

Everything was good.

What we liked the most was our room !! Wonderful views at a corner at 8th floor !! Nice staff !

We had a great stay at HOTEL MYSTAYS Shimizu. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. The hotel was also very English-friendly, which made the check-in process and overall experience much easier. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, and the location worked well for us while visiting Shimizu. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in the area.

Great rates and close to the train station. Room was clean and had air conditioning. Bed was a little firm for me but good size.

It was everything that I needed and beyond.

Easy access to freeway and plenty of parking spaces.

Breakfast is amazing! The best breakfast I have ever had in Japan.

We had a great stay. The hotel and room was perfect. Spacious and clean. I love that the housekeepers left a bag a fresh towels and amenities at the door even when we had a do not disturb sign. The location was perfect. Plenty of dining and shopping near by and train station just outside the hotel door. Would choose to stay here again next time I’m in Osaka.

The staff were super friendly when u stayed there. When I asked to leave my luggage before checking in they said yes and actually took it to my room so that hotel was awesome for that. Plus right in front there’s an awesome ramen restaurant that serves the best ramen in my opinion with super friendly staff. 10/10 recommend, and the hotel is near a lot of shopping areas.

This is great hotel with VERY CLEAN ROOM. great breakfast with many different varieties. DEFINITELY book this hotel again if there is a chance coming to Shizuoka in the future.
