All four of the places were exceed my expectations

The room was very clean and well kept. Air conditioning was great and staff very kind. We stayed there one night before our cruise. Very conveniently located.

Lorenzo was great and super helpful! Everything went very smooth from check in to check out! The room was so cute and had everything we needed. We were able to walk and see the ester, have drinks, eat, shop, etcetera. Breakfast was included! Will definitely come back and stay again!

Great location, exceeded expectations. Very helpful arranging transportation from train station and to the port in the morning.

We were totally delighted with our stay—everything was perfect. But the best part was the warmth and care that the mother and son give to their guests. They arranged our pickup from Rome Airport and when we arrived the son was there to greet us and carry our bags, show us the guesthouse and our room that had a balcony overlooking the promenade and sea. The location is very near the ship terminal but at our request he arranged for a taxi for us to go to our ship. We will definitely stay there...

It is not possible to have a cleaner room than this one. There are beautiful marble floors, pristine and modern bathroom, and table and fridge with varied beverages and snacks included in the price. Francesco is also an excellent host, explaining everything in detail and patiently answering any questions. If I am ever in Civitavecchia again, this will be my abode of choice!

Owner was helpful and showed us where we needed to go for our plans. Met us at apartment and went over everything.

We spent the night here to catch our cruise the next day. It’s just down the block from the Civitavecchia train stop. It’s about a 10minutes walk to catch the free shuttle to the port. Please don’t judge the outside of the place because it is beautiful inside! The host is very responsive too. I would definitely come back again!

Property was as described, staff was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well cared for. Shout out to Meleana, in spite of language issues, she always answered our questions and called for our taxi. We would definitely stay there again! Ciao

This hotel Is perfect for taking a cruise. It is a 2 minute walk to the cruise port entrance. Luca greeted us when we checked in and arranged dinner reservations and was there to say goodbye in the morning. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, new, and comfortable. A/C works great! Highly recommend staying here.

This is an excellent property. The house keeper are extremely nice and courteous. The only feedback I have is that the manager could have given us better instructions of how to get to the property before our arrival . Other than that, everything is excellent

Stay was great. Modern interior and quiet accommodations. Center of town convenient for walking to beach, restaurants, shops and historic fort. Transportation to cruise port for a fee is offered if needed which is appreciated. Please note that one’s stay is for a private room and shared entry and kitchen although we didn’t see the other guests.

What a delightful surprising property and the owner was extremely accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The unit was really comfortable, super clean, well decorated, and very spacious. Breakfast was great with nice choices. The owner even came the next morning and gave us a ride to the cruise terminal which was above and beyond what we expected and greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay there again!

It was just a small hiccup with the code for the key to get in and because I booked through Expedia, there was a delay in communication. I don’t think it was the fault of the staff. The place was clean perfect for one night awesome bar/pub down the street very friendly people I would recommend.

Family owned small boutique hotel beautifully updated with panoramic sea views. The owners made it a joy to stay there.

Marco was outstanding in customer service. We were greeted upon arrival, and that’s without announcing when we were actually arriving. He was simply waiting based on an estimate.
