great stay very professional quiet clean

i flew in from california with a 22 hour layover to Bangkok and this Property has a shuttle pickup location outside the airport and they will arrange to drop you off as well, perfect for long layovers. Hotel is is very clean, staff is professional and the food is amazing. Sauans, Jaccuzi and a modern fitness center are a few amenities i love as well as two huge pools and play room for the kids. the interior is beautiful if you like selfies.

This property is great for foreigners adjusting to transition into Asian culture. I recommend for individuals with a long stay in Korea to pamper yourself and stay for a few nights. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. The grounds are beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. They have a variety restaurants with different cuisine. I have a strict diet and the lounge was the only place I have enjoyed Korean food, with plenty of vegetarian and fish options, seasoned and presented to perfection. The...

Place is clean and amazing. hotel starts from I think around 40th floor and up to maybe 70th floor. View is amazing. POSCO is occupying the office space down below. It is right next to Sheraton SongDo Hotel. Lotte Mart is right next to this building . Only 25 minutes away from ICN airport. Coat by Taxi is around 27,000 won. But not sure if Toll was included. Live plant with lighting in the room too keep it nature friendly. Light switch is near the plant, if you want turn it off before going to bed. Breakfast service stops at 0930 hours.

So far being 1st time staying in this hotel, i love it, and the food wt the hotel i love the steak and the pasta :) i would say i come back again , for me everything inside and outside is comfortable specially my bed. They have a small gym and open 24 hrs. You can also do your own laundry and microwave your food the only thing is that , its all in 3rd floor. And i just ask someone who work there to show me how to operate the microwave, sam as well the washer and dryer. Because its all in Korean...

Fast check in, clean room

Employees very friendly, and helpful. The rooms are clean and have good amenaties. The location of the hotel has good restaurants and shopping.

Staff is courteous and attentive. Hotel is conveniently located near a park, a strip mall with many food options, and a subway station.

The hotel is behind security in the transfer terminal. The rooms are bare. No windows, barely enough room to turn around. No restaurant or bar. If you have an overnight connection in Seoul book early because there only a few rooms.
