Kristinn, the host was amazing. We simply asked for a later check out and she gave us an additional 2 hours, no problem. Place was adorable, hot-tubs were hot, plenty of parking for us all.

Polite staff and convenient location for exploring southern Iceland

Could not recommend this place highly enough. The check in was quick and the front desk attendant walked me to my room. The rooms all had a view of the river that runs behind the hotel and the mountain that overlooks it. Dinner at the restaurant was great. And the outdoor hot tub was a great place to relax and enjoy the northern lights

We liked the location and the cabin, our only critique is it was really icy trying to get up the drive up with our luggage.

We absolutely loved staying here. The location of the house was perfect for driving the Golden Circle. And we loved sitting in the hot tub looking for Northern Lights and star gazing. Also loved all of the oversized windows and mountain backdrop. Home and beds were warm and comfy! Perfect for our family! We wish we could stayed longer. Thank you so much! God bless!

The host is friendly. The room and location is everything we look for, clean, spacious and beautiful view. Couple things for recommendation, it would be nice to have a mirror outside the restroom and a number with light for customer to easily identify the home.

I rarely write reviews but this deserves one. It is immaculately kept and peaceful. About 15-30 min to the Golden Circle sites, and Laugaras Lagoon is a quick 15 mins away. Lovely countryside view - the land stretches forever. Sadly, the aurora wasn’t out, but I did see a vivid, full-arc double rainbow and Icelandic horses. Nice touches like a washer/dryer with detergent, air fryer, bathrobes, crocs in 2 sizes, Bluetooth speaker, reed diffuser with a luxury scent, and TV projector. There are...

Beautifully appointed property and a really comfortable stay! There is a lovely atrium area that is great for lounging. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Super friendly checkin even tho we were late, gorgeous views. Not much within walking distance, but all other ways EXCELLENT!

The room was so cute and comfortable. It had a kitchen with all the appliances and kitchen utensils you could possibly need, it even had some pantry staples stocked. The bathroom was designed well, the whole room was actually. Also, I showed up after midnight, expecting to just collect my room key at the reception but an owner came out to greet me and show me to my room which was so nice of her. I highly recommend this place.

Overall a very unique, beautiful, cozy place to visit in Iceland! Would highly recommend! I can tell a lot of heart and consideration went into the building of this tower, with so many lovely touches in the design. I loved looking through the photo album upstairs showing the history of this building. If it wasn't so cloudy during our visit, this place would provide incredible views of the Northern Lights with so many windows in every direction. I want to warn light sleepers that in the winter...
