Weekend getaways in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc

Great location, right in front of auguille du midi gondola. Guides for vallee blanche skiing also right in the lobby as well as ski rentals and a cafe for quick food and drink options. They offered starbucks drinks in the cafe and didn't make them as good as in the states but still impressed they had such a wide range of options. The private jacuzzi with the apartment/condo was amazing. The hotel pool, hot tub, sauna, and fire place area was great. So many good things to say about this place....

Everything was wonderful. I felt the spa could be open longer than 4 hours and you need to sign up to use it…but overall I would definitely stay there again.

This is my 3rd time staying at Hotel Heliopic. There is simply no other hotel I would choose in Chamonix. As far as value, Heliopic should be deemed a 6 star hotel. Between the fabulous, helpful, patient, informative, and accommodating staff, and the numerous little complimentary touches and amenities in the hotel, I consider Heliopic one of my favorite hotels to stay at in the world. Amazing, large, and clean spa, Michelin restaurant on site and now a new cheese restaurant, lovely lounge area...

Thanks to the room upgrade and the receptionist introduced a very good local restaurant “Bizes”. Our family had a great time staying at Hôtel de l'Arve by HappyCulture.

Beautiful mountain setting. Cozy room. Wi-fi free. Delicious breakfast extra. Super friendly and helpful staff. Within 5 minute walk to Flégère lift. Nearby bus stop will take you to the center of town which is about 3 miles.. Too far to walk, so know when busses run. Ski pass will allow free access to transportation. Missed getting to visit L'Aiguille du Midi due to cloud cover. It is supposed to be spectacular. Has a jacuzzi, but didn't use. Looked nice

Overall a great stay. Owners were so accommodating, place was spotless, and the breakfast was excellent. Couldn't ask for a better combination!

The entrance to hotel.section is through the restaurant below. The waitress check us in. Even though strange we didn't mind since we had food overall experience. The room and bathroom are nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom had shower and standalone tub. Whole ambiance is luxurious. You can have a coffee against the Mont Blanc view on the little balcony. Only issue we had that was not related to the hotel. We came across a man that verbally abusive (in French) that scared...

These are privately owned condos. I was there during off season (early November), and to my surprise i ended up with a huge loft with a big balcony and kitchen. For the price, I was expecting way less. Great view. Super helpful staff. Very clean. Just far enough away from the action to be quiet, but not too far to walk.

Le Beau is an incredible property and lodge staffed by outstanding people and a very quality and relaxed atmosphere. The front desk opened at 7am and they drove me to the bus station at the bottom of the road. Great food at the quaint dinner restaurant and top notch breakfast choices. Rooms are spacious and beds super comfortable. I would go back for the hotel in the mountains rains and the people. For the traveler that thinks this is in Chamonix, do not be mistaken, it's not in Chamonix nor...
