Weekend getaways in Okinawa

Everyone was great

It was a nice little cozy spot away from those big chain hotels. I like that it’s in a local neighborhood, I got a chance to interact with the locals. There was an elderly lady I would have small talks with her while she was on her morning walks. We even had a chance to say our goodbye before leaving. I’ll really enjoy my time and would stay there again.

Our stay was very nice. The staff was helpful and the room was nice.. It was great having a pool. We enjoyed the breakfasts with a wide assortment of choices. The location was convenient .

Right in the heart of the island and across the street from the zoo 10/10 highly recommend

The twin room was very spacious for two adults. Amenities in the room were excellent. We had free parking, a refrigerator, smart tv, business style bathroom with washlet, and laundry on the first floor. When asking for more pillows, the staff were very responsive and we got it ten minutes later. This was our second stay at the hotel amd would be happy to stay here again.

The location is very close the high street but most of the shops are closed because of lack of tourist. The host is amazing and going out of his way to help. He made ban cakes and had tea and coffee.

Shalala is about the experience not the decor. The Manager, Takayama and His wife are exceptional hosts. Their service and attention to detail are heart warming. Be sure to sample the Japanese breakfast that is served with attention to presentation and taste. If you like artificial flowers and white French Provinical furnishings, this is the place for you. Hotel staff very friendly, and were able to communicate with very good English. The staff was able to help with renting car, and suggesting places of interest in the area

Very clean and quiet place to stay. Close to local bars & even a zoo. Great choice for a quick weekend hideaway.

The room was very clean, the staff was first rate, the breakfasts were great, and the air conditioning worked well.

This place is a very cute adorable room with lots of charm and all the amenities that you need for an overnight stay. Plus, the couple that runs the hotel also has a restaurant that is open on Friday and Saturday nights. The cook is amazing and speaks perfect English. Five stars all around!
