Nicest people ever

Very fancy hotel! Super clean and the view is amazing. The only thing I’d say is it’s very out of the way, and there is no food options around either. The restaurants in the hotel has a weird vibe, no one is ever there, pretty empty.. it’s hard to order a grab or order food delivery because grab doesn’t allow their driver to enter this area.. you’d need to take the taxi out.

We had a wonderful experience aboard the Ambassador Signature Cruise. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel welcome with their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. The ship was elegant, clean, and well maintained, and our bay-view cabin was spacious, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views of Ha Long Bay. Terrific boat and service. I did not like that we could not sit wherever we wanted at the restaurant. We ended up seating next people that don't speak English.

Staff: The staff spoke good English and was super helpful with recommendations. Location: the hotel was a bit farther but still a quick grab ride to downtown, beach club, and other Ha Long attractions. Room: Clean, modern, and clean. The room was decent size and had everything that we needed. Other: Breakfast was good but a bit pricey. Amenities and bar was good. Overall, this was a good stay!

Inolvidable

The hotel is located in a quieter and cleaner part of the district. You can walk to most attractions - beach or ropeway or restaurants. Lobby and rooftop are pretty, so are stairs. Nice restaurant part of the hotel. The front office staff were wonderful, always smiling and helpful - 7* for them. Lovely Sunrises can be seen from the pool deck of Halong Bay. Would surely return to the hotel.

Excellent staff/crew service. I was amazed at the attention we received. The ship itself is very modern and fun. Great food and drinks as well!
