The room and facilities were very nice, breakfast was good. But the main reason for our very favorable review is how the entire staff and the owners were so helpful. They spent lots of time talking to us and had useful recommendations on what to do, where to go, what to eat, and in general gave a wonderful introduction to the area. Above and beyond what we have experienced at similar properties.

Marcellino and his wife were wonderful and gracious hosts. Cabins are wonderful but could use AC on the steamy nights. Grounds are immaculately kept and secure. 200 meters to the beach doesn't hurt. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I love the owners. It was very welcoming and made friends with the other people staying there.

Let me start by saying we had originally planned on staying only two nights, but then left our highly rated and fully paid for hotel to return to this gem. Why? It is new, immaculate, beautiful, with ice cold AC, large shower with plenty of hot water, a well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, private patio with hammocks ( and hot coffee waiting each am), sloths, parrots, kinkajous, a private path to the beach, beautiful gardens and pool, delicious big breakfast, really wonderful staff, attention...

This is wonderful location. It is away from the busy areas with a 5 minute walk to the beach. The property was beautiful and the hosts were amazing.

Marise was a great host. She gave us a bag of great Costa Rican coffee upon arrival and cooked us a delicious breakfast our second night.The location was perfect. This was a beautiful, literally just opened (only 4 weeks at the time of our stay) hotel. With literally no available reviews, we took a chance on staying here vs the more established Le Cameleon hotel and we were not disappointed. Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely Lauren who offered us very refreshing and delicious cocktails. Check-in was very quick and efficient and we were shown the amenities of the lush property which included a small spa, pool, and very nice "high end"...

A small paradise in the jungle and few steps from the beach! Be prepared to wake up hearing howler monkeys. The property is located in the middle of a wildlife passage, so you can see monkeys, sloths, green macaws and many types of birds. This is the place to disconnect from the noise of the city and simply enjoy the gift of nature. Make sure you wake up early enough to capture an amazing sunrise on the beach.

Stunning accommodations with the truly most fabulous staff. Your every wish is met and zero details left unturned. We had the ocean villa and it was super quiet, absolutely gorgeous and had every amenity. The food was delicious, we recommend dinner on the beach. Allejandro, Milena & Elvin went above & beyond to make our stay extra special & memerable. The beach is so relaxing and sloth viewing added to our enjoyment! A must visit hotel!!

The house was in great condition, kitchen had plenty of plates, cups, pots and pans, utensils, rice cooker, everything. Pool was clean and refreshing. Lots of room for the family for a few days.

Wow this place was amazing. Fantastic hosts. Good location close to town. Nice rooms with fast wifi, air conditioning, and all the TV channels and Netflix you could watch. Plus they serve you a great welcome drink and a killer breakfast. I just wish we would have found it sooner

This is a great boutique hotel. The staff is great and since it’s a small hotel, you feel like family. The grounds and room are updated very nicely. The beach is beautiful and quiet, only a short 2 minute walk from the hotel. The restaurant and bar is excellent. I didn’t want to eat anywhere else because the food was so good.
