Best Place to stay in Genk Area!

We stayed in several hotels during our trip to the Netherlands and Germany and the Boutique Hotel Annamaes was our favorite for many reasons. It was the only comfortable bed I slept in during the week and the rooms were gorgeous--simply and elegantly decorated. Outstanding reception and stay! The gardens were beautiful, hotel was perfectly chic, and the room was comfortable. Upscale shopping outlets and movie theater are within a block...and a nice walking path to a lake with a fun, casual bar are all in the neighborhood!

This is a very nice inn. It reminded me of the gasthauses we sometimes stayed at when I was growing up in Germany. If you're looking for a major brand name 5 star full service, this isn't it, but it's not supposed to be. This was perfect for my business trip, wonderful staff, great breakfast, excellent room (I had a junior suite). There was no iron/ironing board in the room, but I imagine that's common with most small inns and I'd bet they have one at the desk if I'd have needed it. The...

A very charming old building set in beautiful grounds. It seems popular with locals who enjoy to eat there and some stay for longer than just the meal. Nice boutique hotel just across the border in Belgium and just minutes away from the beautiful Dutch city of Maastricht. The couple that run the hotel are attentive and helpful. The comfort of the room was first rate. There's a little bus near the hotel that has you in Maastricht city center in 15-20 minutes (important note: Uber doesn't operate in Belgium but the hotel will get you a cab if needed).
