We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was conveniently located next an indoor shopping area. Loved the bathroom toiletries and robe that were provided. We ordered room service two nights and it was delicious and quick! If we were ever in JB again, I wouldn't hesitate to book here.

This place was fantastic!
Not only was it an extremely clean and well-maintained. it actually has a lovely interior. At night, the big window view from the room (27th floor) was so beautiful.
It also has a gym, swimming pool, library at 8th floor. Free with no extra charge!
In addition, we parked our rental car in the provided parking garage space for free too.
It was beyond our expectations, better than we expected. It had everything we could wish for.
One last thing. The host Patrick...

The 2-room suite (for 4 of us) was smaller than I expected but is comfortable and clean. The staff at the counter were most supportive, helping us with Touch n go related requests, among others. Location was easy to find, and is accessible without being in a crowded area. Breakfast is moderately good, there were better options on the 2nd day for vegetarians.
