I was amazed at how quickly our room was ready! It was clean, and the beds were so very comfy! We will stay here again.

The hotel was so dog friendly. We even had water bowls and Milk Bone treats at the front for the dogs. The restaurant was so great and convenient. The staff was really helpful.

The area of the hotel is very beautiful and convenient to the airport and makl. The customer service at hotel was wonderful. The entire ambiance of the hotel is stunning from the lobby to the room. No complaints at all.

This is a cool and unusual hotel. If you have mobility issues...maybe this is not the hotel for you as the entrance steps are steep and there is a set outside and another inside to get to the front desk. The only complaint I have is the parking. I wish it was on-site to enhance the experience. Otherwise, I was pleased and will be booking again the next time I am in Owings Mills.

Just got back from a three night stay. The property was safe, clean and quiet. The hotel is near plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We went to the Ravens game and got to the stadium via ride share very easily then walked half way back until we found some Lime scooters and rode the rest of the way. The room was spacious. I've never seen reviews this off the charts but now I know why! Totally great hotel. Felt brand new. Pool outstanding. Clean. Everything was quite literally perfect. Look it's not the Four Seasons but for this class hotel it's nicest I've ever stayed in (and I've stayed in hundreds!!!)

Excellent hotel. Very professional and friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure you have an exceptional stay. We checked in late and required a handicap room. Jason made sure the room was exactly what we needed as well as perfectly clean and tidy! My mom also lost her phone in the lobby during our stay and it was fortunately turned in to the front desk.
