Overall great experience, we just spent 1 night at this hotel but we really liked it.

This is a beautiful old historic home that has been converted into a bed and breakfast. The room was large and extremely comfortable. The hosts, Mary and Howard, went out of the way to make me feel welcomed. The breakfasts were out of this world delicious! The B&B is near downtown Waxahachie and very convenient to the Scarborough Renaissance Festival. I highly recommend this place and personally will be staying there again next year when attending the Festival.

I loved that there was a Target right next to us -walking distance and plenty of food choices like Olive Garden and Panera and Chick Fil-A!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We had a large family. Kids of various ages & booked 3 rooms. The staff was amazing, the rooms were very clean & well maintained. I absolutely loved that the floors were not carpet. As a mom with kids, I freak out with germs in carpet. We felt comfortable not using socks or slippers in the rooms. The property had rooms that were available with hot tubs in the room itself. It was a cool feature.

Very cute motel. Close to the boat dock for Cedar Creek Lake. Close to everything you need. Staff was very sweet. Very accommodating.

Absolutely beautiful hotel!!! We got a suite with two queen beds and a pull out couch! Loved the kitchen with it! It was super clean anywhere you went in the hotel. Even the La Quinta side, our friends rented a room in there and it was equally as clean and nice. Pool area was also super big, the pool itself wasn't huge, but it was clean. Only thing I can complain about is our bathroom door wouldn't close all the way and our dead bolt lock wouldn't lock, room 323. Breakfast also was pretty...

My mother in law with dementia checked in by herself and the attendant walked her to her room, left her number and offered to check on her for us. She went above and beyond. I didn’t get her name.

Everything was nice, clean place! Walked to Buc-ees and many places to eat that was close! Only problem was breakfast was at 7am on weekends, they should keep the same hours as during the week.
