Excellent property! The only thing was that the A/C unit in our room was loud. Other than that, will definitely return!

Quiet and safe. Good and clean surrounding. After the long day travel, the steam room is perfect to prepare for the restful night.

Comfortable and affordable

Microwave in the room was pleasant surprise and very helpful. Every single day, the bed was made and toilets and sinks were cleaned, towels were changed. This type of cleaning was not provided to us in 3 star hotels in LA but this little town of Lathrop was offering some very important KEY facilities which includes free breakfast, house cleaning, free parking and coin laundry if needed. Not to forget that they gave microwave in the rooms. Loved the whole experience.

The property is very new and has really nice amenities. I appreciated the water bottle filling station, ice station, and the soap, lotion, shampoo/conditioner are not small individual bottles that are wasted but large containers that are refilled by the hotel. The beds are comfy and the breakfast was sufficient.

We are staying in Manteca as wife's mother is in the hospital for undetermined time. We originally booked single night, then extended it another night in same room. On check out day, we requested another 3 days as mother in law was now home recovering. They didn't have same room available for us due to being booked, but upgraded us to a mini suite for same cost. Everyone has been extremely polite, pleasant and helpful. I'll definitely stay here again. Breakfast area also very nice.

Very clean. Nice room with a comfy mattress.

Overall, it was fine. Clean hotel and a friendly front desk. Quiet as well. There was a funny odor in my room but room was very clean and it wasn’t bad enough to switch rooms.

Super clean and the new mattresses are so comfortable I slept like a baby.
