Weekend getaways in Lufkin

This was an overall great stay and experience. The bed was very comfortable and my room was clean. I was skeptical at first when but when I arrived the building, the location, and room was very satisfactory. I will definitely add this hotel to my list of places to stay in Nacogdoches. The breakfast was nice as well, a variety of options. If I had a complaint it was a smell that lingered in the halls for a little while and the hotel receptionist didn’t greet upon my entering the establishment. As...

EXCELLENT! Even staying in the middle of a pandemic.. they were so accommodating! Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Staff was wonderful. Will stay here every time we visit Lufkin!

Under new management and I believe he's doing better also trying to make the property better as a whole.

It was great overall, had a great time. The only thing that wasn't working was the ice maker in the fridge but we just got a bag of ice. One other thing was you should put at least some steak knifes. Overall, it was great! Thank you.

Made a trip to Nac because the Jaycees still celebrated America, with a fireworks show on July 4th! Too many Texas cities cancelled to cater to an agenda. I called the Fredonia, asking if they had rooms that I could see the fireworks and they took care of me! The room on the 6th floor of the tower was perfect! Clean, comfortable, cute, GREAT bed and bedding!! Literally could relax on the bed and watch the fireworks. The staff was friendly and accommodating, wonderful getaway, all the way...

Great hotel. The free buffet breakfast makes it worth the price, which is a little higher than the surrounding hotels (especially when you are feeding a family of 4).

Very excellent customer service. Upon check in, I was greeted warmly by name, directed to our room. She thoroughly explained all the amenities regarding use of the pool, gym, and where breakfast would be waiting for me when we woke up. Everything was very clean and well put together, right down to the elegantly beautiful folded towels in our bathroom. We had a very quiet nights sleep... it felt like we were the only ones there. We were well rested after the long drive and ready to continue on...

Hallways were a little dingy, but not terrible. Several of the lights in the stairwells and halls were flickering. Room was clean. Bathroom had loose tiles and low water pressure. Price was really good.

Helpful staff, clean room. We have used it several times with good results each time.
