Weekend getaways in Midlothian

The young man that checked us in was so nice and accommodating. Our room was very nice. Beds were great. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We stay here often and it is ALWAYS a very pleasant experience! We love the staff, especially "Melissa" and "The Head Laundry lady with the beautiful smile!" They treat us like family! Thanks "The Best America's Best Value Inn EVER!"

I loved that there was a Target right next to us -walking distance and plenty of food choices like Olive Garden and Panera and Chick Fil-A!

The property had rooms that were available with hot tubs in the room itself. It was a cool feature.

To the receptionist that loves pink I forget her name she should get a raise. Easy check in loved her.

Enjoyed.

Breakfast setup

Very nice hotel. Looked fairly new. Room was clean, comfortable, good large new towels, nice bed linens, nice coffee set up. Not a spec of mold in bathroom area. The hall and/or rooms around our 2ed floor room was noisy. I finally got up at 1am and put ear plugs in, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. The breakfast was a nice assortment of hot and cold selections and the scrambled eggs were actually hot!! Julius at the desk the morning we checked out was exceptionally nice. I am a hotel snob and...

This is a nice place to stay and I recommend it to everyone. Although my initial experience was less than perfect due to reservation, the management went above and beyond expectation to gain my satisfaction. That tells me they put high value in guest satisfaction. The hotel is nice and clean, also reasonably priced. Hot breakfast is a plus too.

My mother in law with dementia checked in by herself and the attendant walked her to her room, left her number and offered to check on her for us. She went above and beyond. I didn’t get her name.

Was easy to get around and family friendly!

There was a young lady named Ana who was rude to me and had the worst attitude she I asked her a question. She was disrespectful and combative.. I’m in the service industry been a General Manager at a restaurant for 18 years I would never accept that kind of behavior from any of my staff. I have been staying there almost weekly for the past year. I was disappointed and want even going to anything because all my other visits there have been great but this one left a bad taste in my mouth. I...

The employers very friendly & helpful we had a great stay.
