Super unique property, far enough away from big touristy areas. Mike and Fawnette was amazing hosts and catered to every need. Beach front with chairs for quests, quiet beach and great hosts- will stay here again!!

We rented a two bedroom unit (really two one bedroom units connected by a short hallway) with our 21 year-old triplets. It was a perfect setup for us. My wife and I took one unit, and our kids took the other. The resort is in a very convenient location- also very well-maintained. There are a number of restaurants and bars within walking distance, which our kids really liked because they could go out without waiting for us to drive them somewhere. This property was beautiful. Had a great time. Just be aware that there is a free shuttle into town that is not ran by the resort but by a jewelry store. When they get you into town they take you directly to the store. Try and sell you things. Before you can leave for your shopping in town.

The honesty of staff, I left my safe unlocked and our housekeeper reported it to security. They came in and secured our valuables and assigned a new code. Which was then retrieved directly from security. The overall attentiveness of staff at front desk was also great for a speedy check in.

we have stayed at the royal palm beach resort 4 times in the past years. it is one of our favorite places to stay. the staff and rooms are outstanding. I would recommend this resort to anyone.

Had an excellent stay, great place to relax and enjoy the island especially the attraction of the planes landing and taking off at Maho.

A relaxed stay with a great staff right at the beach

Had a short staycation here (I live in Anguilla) and I loved it. Originally booked it because the description said there was a bathtub, which turned out to be false (discussed with the hotel via text beforehand) and considered cancelling but I'm so glad I kept the reservation. Great location close to the airport, bus route, beach, supermarket, several restaurants, and great property overall.

We enjoyed the secluded nature of this area of Simpson Bay Beach. The room was clean and layout was perfect. Two suggestions would be; atleast a broom assigned to each room to sweep out sand that may get in due to the close nature of the beach and also a microwave to heat up atleast left overs as there's no breakfast options on the property.

Been going to St. Martin for over 30 years. We have stayed at many, many different accommodations but, Commodore Suites is probably the best "value" we have ever found on the island. It has it all; great roof top view, super friendly staff, clean rooms, and LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!

The Hills is absolutely wonderful!! It's right in the middle of the most busy street in St. Maarten so you're close to everything. Staying here made me feel my home away from home!! I love it soo much & will definitely be back!

The Simon Bay is extremely well located for restaurants, bars and grocery stores. A family run hotel the people who work there are incredibly helpful and genuanlly nice.

Pauline & Jeremy!!! Fantastic warm welcome! You can tell that these owners absolutely love their guests. Too many details to mention from the private jacuzzi to concierge services provided by Pauline. Beautiful interiors, comfortable beds. Gated neighborhood 5 minutes on foot to Orient Bay beaches and restaurants. Good old fashioned bed and breakfast atmosphere. Oh!! The amazing, not-to-miss breakfast! Highly recommended.

We stayed for 5 nights and loved the hotel but what made the stay so special was the quality of the service from Marion Idalia and the entire staff They were amazing so helpful and knowledgeable about the island. My wife and I loved this place. It was smaller and quieter than your typical hotel or resort. The hosts provide a nice little breakfast each morning (croissants and baguettes with local jams, plus fresh fruit and juice). The pool is nice, as are the views. The property is a good location on the island, in my opinion. Easy drive to Anse Marcel on the northern tip (phenomenal beach up there). This is the perfect place to have an ocean view room that is beautifully done. The hotel doesn’t offer a ton of amenities, but it’s in a great location on a beautiful beach. Come here to enjoy time with a partner, have access to beach restaurants and activities and rent a car to explore the island. Our concierge, Junior, was amazing and saved us by getting our passports to us after we had already arrived to the airport!

I highly recommend Mullet Bay Suites for its cleanliness, modern amenities, and comfort. The hotel, which is only a few weeks old, and which is owned by the same people who own Sol E Luna nearby, is a classy, first rate property, right on the beach in Grand Case, with a staff that couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. All nine rooms have balconies with full ocean views. The design and styling are very contemporary and absolutely perfect. And, oh, the dining scene in Grand Case can't be beat!
