Last-minute hotel deals in Live Oak

Very comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean.

The staff was friendly. Oh and the live oaks are magnificent. Russell

This was an overnight stay on a long trip. Excellent service at the desk. I called and said I'd be late and they said they'd be waiting, and they were. Smooth check in, very clean, typical motel room layout. Comfortable. Great value!

Very clean! Comfy beds!

No negative comments. Room clean, staff competent, breakfast excellent.

This was my second time staying with them and as always it met my expectations! Once again it was a joy to meet up with Morgan the front desk assistant

The staff was absolutely the nicest and most helpful I've ever dealt with and I've been to oner 200 hotels. Coty, eva, Nicole, Matty and the manager were just phenomenal. They also had like 5 people just cleaning the hotel all day. Tremendous pride and professionalism great people all the way around. The rooms and the staff make it a 10 star hotel

Super great stop on the way back from Disney! Quiet, clean and large suite.

Nice place to stay

All is ok

We have stayed here multiple times, always convenient and our choice when passing through Lake City

This is a lovely place to visit

Stayed here during the Hurricane. Everyone was very helpful even through a difficult time. Thank you!

Often hotels think that just because you're bringing a dog you deserve the most run down room in the building, or a pet fee that's out of this world, but not here. After a road trip filled with questionable hotel rooms at high prices, we finally spent a night in actually clean sheets. We didn't feel the need to check for bedbugs or see if there were crumbs on the floor that our dogs could eat. We'd definitely stay again. Just wish more holiday inns were this pet friendly.

The place is lovely. The people here are so welcoming and friendly. I left my phone on the nightstand after check out and the gentleman who was working Saturday walked over to the diner where we were having breakfast and handed it to me. The room is good sized, bed and pillows are comfortable. I love the old Florida motels, and this will definitely be a place we will definitely come back to.

Everything was great

Clean room, comfortable bed, pillows, and bedding, good breakfast-waffles, egg, cheese, and bacon burritos, cereal, toast, muffins, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, easy parking Coffee in lobby was good, but not what was in the room

Fabulous place to stay. I almost don't want to give this place a perfect score, because I don't want the secret to get out! This is a great place to stay. Now days a lot of places claim to be great, and even get good scores, but when you show up in person, they are much less than you were expecting. This one was not like that at all. The good marks it has received were earned, and my high marks are well earned as well! I hope this doesn't mean I won't be able to stay here next time because it is...
