This Hotel is absolutely amazing!! Everything about it is top drawer and I’ll start us off with our super late check in. Arrived around 12:40am after a long flight, doorhop told us they will get our bags and walked us to check in; 3-4 minutes later we had our room keys and walked around the corner to the elevators; a very quick ride up to our floor. Junior suite was spacious, quiet with windows closed and had sunny private balcony. Breakfast buffet was superb.

This hotel was excellent. The staff, breakfast, room, and entire facility were excellent. However, the airport shuttle runs once every hour. Taxi or Uber may be more convenient. The average price is about US$8.00

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the JW Marriot Marquis. Very conveniently located attached to the City Center Mall, where a plethora of shops and restaurants were available. Lobby lovely, check in was speedy,the rooms very comfortable, the view from the 31st floor gorgeous. We had an excellent stay at the Embassy Suites! Staff was so helpful and lovely. Hotel was very quiet and extremely clean. Service was very quick and the desk delivery gentleman, Saly, was superb! Room was serviced every day. Close to souk waqif and a 10 minute drive to west bay. Don’t miss out on breakfast and thursday night seafood night. Pool rooftop was a small paradise. this is new property. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean with big screen tv. Our housekeeping did a good job cleaning and all the front desk staff are friendly and helpful especially Ms Mary from the Front Desk, when I need to check out late and she did meet my request. The bell men and the door men were very helpful and friendly. My second time staying in this hotel and location and it is easy to go anyway from here by car or taxi to Souq Wakif or eatery near by. The service and food in the club room is excellent. Being able to move back and forth between pool and beach makes it feel like a resort and not just a hotel. I wish they made water coolers available to refill water bottles rather than wasting so many plastic bottles in a place where they don't even recycle. I saw many floating in the ocean. :-(
