Large rooms, beautiful grounds, excellent location. The owner was very helpful in suggesting activities and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful hotel!

The rooms are spacious and very clean, the staff is extremely friendly and approachable, the buffet breakfast is included, and there are coffee makers in the rooms. The price is affordable.

My favorite hotel in Morelia

The room was clean. staff and waiters were amazing, they were all super friendly, kind, accommodating and understanding. I like everything about the hotel except the food, I did not like the food at all, and signal is spotty at times, but would definitely stay with them again. I genuinely like the staff and the room was comfortable and the A/C work well.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, five star service and amenities. We were greeted with a welcome drink (coffee and fresh green juice were our choices). The design and ambiance is gorgeous, both antique and contemporary. The rooms are each unique and cozy, and ours had a wonderful view. We loved the robes, slippers, soft towels and very comfortable large beds. Loved the reading lights and nice toiletries. This is abrautiful " Boutique" hotel, the food was exquisit!

One of the best hotels in Mexico. Marco Antonio Solís put his heart and love for Michoacan into this hotel and it shows in every detail. What made our stay so special was the staff. Everyone that works there was so friendly and helpful. They made us feel like family. Highly recommend this hotel.

Receptionist Lupita was very courteous, professionalism, and serviceable to any of our needs. My so. Ended up getting very ill and the some of his meds needed to be fridge. Without hesitation the hotel assisted us with refrigeration and service. We were there 9 days 8 nights. Every single day was pleasant and very serine. Definitely returning here.

Friends had recently stayed at Hotel Pueblo Magico and highly recommended it. It was charming, quiet and friendly. Great location. Would definitely stay here again!
