Very cute place. We just stayed a night before skiing at Snowshoe and it was perfect. Breakfast was simple but good.

Great place!!!! Restaurant is amazing with a unique setting and wine cellar in an old grist mill. Morning continental basket of goodies was phenomenal! Lots of history in the area and nice to stay with a local business instead of the corporate Homestead, which is beautiful but not the same country feel as here.

I would say the stay was like visiting my grandma on her farm. Just felt like home. Everyone was nice. They had a little breakfast area where you could get like pastries or quiche. Then go sit outside to stare at the beautiful mountains. They also have a cafe for lunch and dinner. Which was delicious. Another plus is its right across from the warm springs pool so you wont have far to travel. On the downside and its nothing to do with the inn. This is a beautiful resort but way too expensive. They nickel and dime you for every single possible thing, and all rates are way too high. The spa was amazing but not sure we can afford to go back. I think there may be better value elsewhere without all these extra expenses and charges.

Each cabin/unit has a different theme. We stayed in the "Harley" unit which was beautifully decorated in Harley colors and decor. Room was very clean and attention to detail had been taken.

We loved it. Lovely large rooms w/living room kitchen & dining room. No stove but that was very clearly stated when booking so no problem. Clean and recently renovated. Restaurant/bar associated was quite good. Staff were outstanding! Close to Greenbriar & Lewisburg. Highly recommend

I had always promised my 2 younger grandsons to take a train ride when they got big enough to leave their parents for longer than overnight. We arrived at The Inn at Snowshoe on Monday early evening, July 28, 2014. Great place to stay. Bed and Breakfast in an old, updated house. New mixed in with old. Air conditioning worked great. Made to order breakfast from a number of choices was wonderful. Nice, friendly owner was very accommodating.

Cozy and perfect mountain location would go back again
