Early in the season so pool was not open and though I requested a room with a view did not get it - hot tub was broken Other than that the hotel was great , clean and good breakfast

This is the best hotel in Kanab! The property is nicely renovated in a Scandi style with generously proportioned rooms and bathrooms. The pictures online represent accurately what the rooms and the property look like. The best thing is that your pets are welcome and not a nuisance. They even have a pullout dog bed in the room. It was nice to be tucked in right behind the main building. They have both walk up rooms and hotel style. Very quaint, cute place. Well kept!

The cave dwelling is AMAZING!!!! Off the beaten path for sure but the craftsman of this structure has a gift , extremely clean, had all you need plus some, dont hesitate book now

Nice and clean

Best glamping experience we've had. Full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor patio, and so much more amenities that made our lodging experience unforgettable. We just couldn't work the bathroom hot water so we showered with cold water - but it's also end of summer so water temperature was tolerable. We'd love to stay again.

Size of the room and clean carpet

A huge thank you to the wonderful host Brent and Stephanie! Their hospitality was so warm and genuine, and their local insight on nearby canyons was appreciated. This place serves as the ultimate, peaceful home base for exploring Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the Grand Canyon. Amazing views from the property. Found our stay to be peaceful.

Amazing resort with a hidden gem of a spa! Beautiful and the best place to stay to get easy entrance to Zion. We don’t have kids but there’s lots of space for them to play, run around, as well as a pool. If it’s available - book it!

Great experience really nice hotel

Very professional and friendly staff. The property is been remodeled with beautiful finishes. bus station is right in front of the hotel and you can leave your car and get a 15 min ride to the park. Very clean and convenient to go to Zion without dealing with the parking situation there.

Clean, convenient, spacious self-service motel. Beds were VERY comfortable. We had a room in the back of the motel where there's a covered table and fire pit and the laundry is just around the corner (free to use, bring your own detergent). Several cute restaurants right around the corner, plus a drug store across the street. Got groceries in town to make breakfast in the room (toaster, coffee maker, and lots of supplies). Wonderful stay with the best night's sleep of the vacation.

Nice place and nice location but really expensive. No complaints except for the price. A little overpriced, but I understand Zion National Park is a very popular park.

We loved Springdale and how easy it was to get to Zion National Park. The hotel was spacious clean and updated. The front desk was very helpful. The free breakfast at the restaurant on property was amazing and a huge benefit of choosing this hotel over the others in this area

This hotel right outside of Zion National Park is fabulous. Rooms are spacious with small kitchen setups and nice views of the Virgin River and the natural wonders surrounding Zion. Great location near the park entrance and central to the heart of the town with restaurants and shops within walking distance. The best feature of this hotel is the pool area.
