I was simply so impressed about this property, its management, and employees. Owners that do not understand the ongoing need to keep their properties looking good and in order is perhaps my biggest issue when it comes to hotel management. The need to invest in order to truly make you guest feel comfortable is way to overlooked. The new does not stay looking new, unless you continually reinvest. I saw both the management and its employees doing what they could to both take care of guest needs...

Nicely situated near shopping centers and restaraunts! The Hotel is quiet, secure and has a friendly staff! The Manager Kai guided us to a great local eating spot! It was a great stay and I highly recommend it to fellow travelers to Mankato, MN!

Looked like a brand new hotel. They were finishing the landscaping. Everything was very clean. Our room and the common area were very tastefully done. The breakfast was was good but it did seem as if there were a few people walking around in their pajamas. I thought staff could be wearing uniforms so we could tell who they are.

Stayed with family. Place is very clean and there is separate garage for each room. Value for money. Would like to stay there again.

It was mostly excellent. The only slight concern I had was that the front entrance driveway was under construction, which was fine in itself. However, we arrived in the dark, and it was not clear or bright enough to say this is the actual entrance to the building. Make people feel welcome at the front door with brighter signs or something to ensure we were in the right place, was too dark, especially with the construction hazards, could've easily stepped off a sidewalk Crack or...

The staff was very welcoming and cooperative. They tried to get the best deal available for me. The room was great! Lots of space, very clean and organized. No bad hotel odors. Breakfast wasn't always set up completely at 6:00, and there weren't many options, but you can't complain about a free breakfast!
